The SME letters are available for use only at Shawnee Mission East school-sponsored events. Letters may be transported off-site for approved school-sponsored events. The organization or individual using the letters assumes full responsibility for the safe transportation, handling, storage, and return of the letters. Any loss, damage or repair costs incurred while the letters are in the user's possession will be the responsibility of the organization or individual using the letters.
