Large Format Camera

• $2,600 — Purchase a 4”x5” large format field camera and accessories.
• 75 - 100 students per year will benefit from the use of this camera. It should last for several years.
• This large format camera makes available historical processes (Van Dyke, cyanotype and salted prints) and will increase the resolution of enlargements up to 30” x 40.” It encourages more of a fine arts (vs commercial) approach to photography. It also enriches chemistry applications as students mix their own emulsions, developers, and fixing agents to achieve their uniquely-desired results.
