Thanks to Jan Howard, Laura Jones and their devoted, hard-working committee chairs and volunteers, Feast for East 2005 raised just over $30,000 for The East Fund.
- Shawnee Mission East parents and supporters enjoyed an evening of food, friends and fundraising. Entertainment included the SME CHamber Singers, Stop Time, and dancing to the music of RECESS!
"Feast for East," a dinner and silent auction for SME community, has been the primary fundraising event for Shawnee Mission East Educational Excellence Fund. The East Fund operates as a unit of the Shawnee Mission Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) exempt organization.
